Anti-Social Behaviour

If you are experiencing or witnessing anti-social behaviour, please report it here. This includes noise disturbances, harassment, vandalism, or nuisance activity. All reports are treated seriously and handled in line with our policies.

Maintenance 

To notify of any maintenance issues in your home or building, please sign into your portal.  Whether it’s a leak, electrical fault, heating problem, or general repair, our team will review your request and arrange the necessary works as quickly as possible.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with our service or how a matter has been handled, you can submit a formal complaint here. We are committed to resolving concerns fairly, transparently, and within our published response times.

Problems that we may not cover

While we aim to resolve most repair and maintenance issues, there are certain situations that may not be our responsibility:

  • Damage caused by tenant misuse, neglect, or accidental damage

  • Loss or replacement of keys and lockouts

  • Appliance repairs where the appliance is tenant-owned

  • Cosmetic issues that do not affect safety or function

  • Alterations or improvements made without prior approval

  • Issues outside the property boundary (unless specified in your agreement)
